BDO Deal Advisory has collaborated in the integration of FI Group, a leading multinational group in R&D&I financing, with the French company EPSA, a transaction in which the Transaction team has advised the sellers by performing the financial due diligence, and accompanying FI's financial team in the subsequent analyses that have been necessary throughout the process.

All this in conjunction with BDO Abogados, who have carried out the tax, legal and labor due diligence, in addition to the collaboration of the teams of BDO Brazil, Portugal and France.
